中晚期肺癌支气管动脉介入化疗分析

Interventional treatment of advancd staging lung carcinoma by bronchial artery

目的 分析探讨中晚期肺癌BAI治疗效果和价值。方法 收集经BAI治疗的50例肺癌用改良Seldinger氏法插管,寻找患侧支气管动脉,造影证实并观察肿瘤血供,最后行化疗药物灌注。结果 本组中,完全缓解9例,部分缓解26例,稳定11例;进展4例,总有效率75％。结论 中晚期肺癌BAI疗效明显,副作用小,已成为无手术适应症肺癌患者主要治疗方法之一。

Purpose To evulate the clincial effect of advanced lung carinoma by bronchial artery infusion. Methods 50 patients with advanced lung carcinoma were performed by bronchial artery infusion by Seldinger' s technique. Angiogram showed the supplying vessel of neoplasms, infusion of anticancer drugs was followed. Results In 50 patients, there was complete release(CR)(in 9 cases) ,partial release(PR)(in 26 cases) ,no change(NC)(in llcases) and progress of diease(PD)(in 4 cases) .The total effective rate was 75% . Conclusion The effect of BAI for advanced stage lung carcinoma is obvious. The byeffect is moderate. BAI has been the main method for the lung carcinoma can not be operated.
