摘要
目的 :观察针刺治疗急性重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法 :随机分为治疗组与对照组各 30例 ,两组予相同的西医治疗 ,治疗组另加用针刺治疗 2个疗程。结果 :治疗组神志、语言、运动功能及预后评分均优于对照组 ,两组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺有助于急性重型颅脑损伤患者神志、语言。
Purpose To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on acute severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, were treated with same western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture for other 2 therapeutic courses. Results All the mind, speech, motor function and prognosis score in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture contributes to recovery of mind, speech and motor function for the patient of acute severe craniocerebral injury.
