剪刺龈交穴治疗内痔30例临床研究

Clinical Study on 30 Cases of Internal Hemorrhoids Treated with Cutting-Needling Yinjiao Point

目的 :验证刺激龈交穴治疗内痔的疗效。方法 :6 4例内痔患者随机分为剪刺龈交穴治疗组30例 ,局部注射消痔灵对照组 34例 ,分别于治疗 1次后的第 3、第 7、第 30天观察疗效。 结果 :治疗组治愈率 36 7% ,总有效率 10 0 0 % ;对照组治愈率 32 4 % ,总有效率亦为 10 0 0 % ,两组之间疗效差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗组、对照组治疗前后积分变化差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :剪刺龈交穴是一种简便、安全。

Purpose To test and verify the therapeutic effect of stimulating Yinjiao (GV 28) on internal hemorrhoids. Methods 30 cases were treated with cutting-needling Yinjiao (GV 28) as treatment group and 34 cases with local injection of benzyrin as control group. Results The cured rate and the total effective rate were 36.7% and 100.0% in the treatment group, and 32.4% and 100.0% in the control group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect (P>0.05), while there was a significant difference in changes of cumulative score before and after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Cutting-needling Yinjiao point is an effective new therapy for internal hemorrhoids.
