摘要
目的 :探讨针刺治疗急性脑梗塞作用机理。方法 :采用线栓法复制急性脑梗塞模型 ,运用放免技术 ,检测针刺前后血浆中cAMP和 β EP含量变化及其相关性。结果 :造模后 ,急性脑梗塞大鼠血浆中cAMP含量明显低于正常组 ,血浆中β EP含量则显著升高。针刺后能使急性脑梗塞大鼠血浆中过低的cAMP含量明显升高 ,过高的 β EP含量显著降低 ,并趋于正常值。结论 :针刺可能通过升高血浆中过低的cAMP含量和降低异常升高的 β
Purpose To approach to mechanisms of acupuncture treatment for acute cerebral infarction. Methods Changes of plasma cAMP and β-EP contents before and after acupuncture were investigated by immunoassay in the acute cerebral infarction model rat developed by thread-ligation method. Results Plasma cAMP content in the rat of acute cerebral infarction was significantly lower and plasma β-EP level was significantly higher than that in the normal rat, and after acupuncture the plasma cAMP content increased significantly and the β-EP level decreased significantly, tending to the normal. Conclusion Acupuncture cures acute cerebral infarction possibly through increasing the lower plasma cAMP content and decreasing the higher β-EP level.
