摘要
方法 :选择胶原酶加肝素联合注射法诱导脑出血大鼠模型 ,观察电针不同穴位对大鼠脑组织一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)、总抗氧化能力 (T AOC)的影响。结果 :针“水”组能明显降低造模后脑组织中升高的NO ,与模型组相比 ,P <0 0 5 ;针“水”组、针“风”组皆能降低造模后脑组织中升高的ET ,与模型组相比 ,P <0 0 5 ;且针“水”组、针“风”组还能提高造模后脑组织中降低的T AOC ,与模型组比 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :针“水”组和针“风”组皆能降低脑出血模型血肿周围脑组织中升高的ET含量 ,提高其抗氧化能力 ,且针“水”
Methods Collagenase and heparin were injected into caudate nucleus to establish cerebral hemorrhage rat model. The effect of electroacupuncture on contents of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET), and total anti-oxidation capability (T-AOC) in brain tissue were observed. Results The content of NO in the 'Shuigou' acupuncture group, and the contents of ET in the 'Fengfu' acupuncture group and the 'Shuigou' acupuncture group were decreased significantly (all P<0.05) and the T-AOC raised significantly (P<0.05) as compared with the model group. Conclusion Acupuncture can reduce the contents of ET and NO, and increase the T-AOC in brain tissue of the rat of cerebral hemorrhage.
