The Warning of Natural Disaster History in Lao Ting County and the Measures About Preventing and Reducing Disaster

文章认为 ,区域性自然灾害是区域内社会、经济发展的最大制约因素 ,探索区域性自然灾害的特点、规律和发生机制 ,是加强区域内防、减灾工作 ,保障区域内人民生命财产安全 ,促进区域内经济、社会发展的重要任务。文章通过对河北省乐亭县近九百年内发生的各种自然灾害 ,以及自然灾害引发的社会灾害的分析 ,揭示了该县各种自然灾害的特点、规律和发生机制、所造成的危害、未来趋势及警示。

The paper considers that regional natural disaster is the biggest restrained factor of regional economic development. To explore the characteristics, law and mechanism of regional natural disaster is an important task for preventing and reducing disaster, safeguarding regional people's life and property and improving regional economic development. The paper analyses all kinds of natural disaster and social disaster occurred in Lao Ting county of He Bei province for the recent 900 years. Then, it reveals the characteristics, law and mechanism, various disaster, damage, trend and warning in the county. It also gives five aspects of proposals for preventing and reducing disaster.
