摘要
文章介绍了通过实地考察了解到的东北冶金地勘局的基本情况、企业化经营、结构调整和深化改革的基本作法。并在此基础上 ,谈了关于今后冶金地勘单位深化改革和队伍结构。
The paper introduces the basic condition of the Metallurgical Geological Prospecting Bureau in Northeast China, and discusses the basic ways of enterprise operation, structural adjustment, and deepening enterprise reform through on -the- spot investigation. Accordingly, the writer discusses four thoughts with regard to deepening reform: further rank & industrial structural adjustment, and enterprise operation of metallurgical geological prospecting units.
