摘要 采用扫描电镜和显微硬度计对火电厂长期运行后的12Cr 1MoV钢蒸汽管道的微观形貌和显微硬度进行了研究。实验结果表明,运行后管道金属的显微组织和珠光体区域的显微硬度与原始状态的样品相比,有了明显的改变,其变化程度与运行时数有关。本文对此现象从理论上作了讨论。并提出根据形貌特性和显微硬度特性等,能大致估计运行的12Cr1MoV铜蒸汽管的老龄化程度,从而有助于加强蒸汽管的运行安全监督。 The microstructure and microhardness of 12Cr1MoV steel steam piping in fossil power plants after long-time operation have been studied using SEM and Digital Microhardness Tester. Experimental results showt hat the morphology features and microhardness obviously changed with increase of operation time. The results of this study are theoretically discussed. Finally, it is proposed that the aging degree of 12Cr1MoV steel steam piping can be approximately determined according to morphology and microhardness of pearlite.
