二棱皮大麦若干形态、生理性状与产量性状的典型相关分析

Canonical correlation analysis between morpho-physiologkal and yield traits in two-rowed hulled barley.

用典型相关分析方法,综合地研究了二棱皮大麦株高、剑叶面积、剑叶功能期、剑叶比重、倒二叶面积五个形态、生理性状与单株穗数、每穗粒数、千粒重、生物产量和经济产量五个产量性状的相互关系,并将表型典型相关分解出遗传和环境相关,重点研究这两组性状的遗传相关关系,分析结果表明:所研究的两组性状的遗传相关关系主要表现在株高,剑叶面积与每穗粒数和剑叶功能期与单株籽粒产量的正相关,以及剑叶面积、倒二叶面积与单株穗数的负相关。

The correlations between 5 raorpho-physiological characters(plant height,flag leaf area,function period of flag leaf,specific weight of flag leaf,penultimate leaf area)and 5 yield traits(panicle number per plant,grain number per ear,1000 grain weight,biological yield,economic yield)of two-rowed hulled barley have been studied with canonical correlation analysis,Phenotypkal canonical correlation was disassembled into genetic and environmental correlations,and the emphasis was laid on the genetic correlation between the two groups of traits.The results showed that the genetic correlation between the two groups of traits appeared as positive correlation between plant height,flag leaf area and grain number per ear and between function period of flag leaf and grain yield per plant;and as negative correlation between flag leaf area,penultimate leaf area and panicle number per plant.
