如同各种生物个体均有自己的生理构成和生理机制才能发育成长一样 ,任何微观经济均为一定的有机统一体 ,既有其相应的内在因素构成和内在活动的机制 ,又有其相应的自然条件和社会条件 ,方能进行正常的运作。微观经济管理的任务是把各种支配和制约经济活动的因素有机地结合起来 ,使之充分发挥各自的作用 ,以达到最佳的经济效果。我国微观经济管理总的指导思想和原则应是 ,把人类社会普遍经济规律体系。

As the biologic body has its bio structure and bio mechanism, the micro economies are all organic entities. They can work normally and properly only when the inner factors and inner mechanism function together with the natural and social conditions. The task of micro economic management is to combine all the factors that affect and control economic activities to reach the best economic results. The guideline of Chinese micro economic management is combining the system of general law of the economic development with the law of market economy, taking into account of the background of economic globalization and China's economic reality.
