摘要
1986年至1990年,研制出治疗子宫内膜炎的“宫炎净”A,B,E,F,H系列制剂,通过实验室的抑菌试验、药物安全试验、子宫收缩强腰测定、组织学检查、体内激素水平的测定、药物理化特性测定,全面地研究了它们的药学特性,经1001例临床试验,联合应用该系列制剂的治愈率达81.92％,受胎率达81.89％,研究表明,兽用宫炎净系列制剂是治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎的理想药物,具有较好的疗效和较高的社会经济效益。
Studies on the purulent endometritis of the dairy cows,over 4 years from 198G to early 1990 were carried out and the Gongyanjing serial preparations coded respectirely with A,B,E,F2 and H against the disease were developed.These preparations were found ideal for therapeutic use as evidenced prelimiarily by their ability to inhibit the related pathogens,their effects on the con-tractMty of the uterine muscle and reproductive hormones,and by the cytological examination and safety tests.The clinical trial involving 1001 cases of endometritis indicated that 81.92% of the cases were cured after treatment and 81.98% of the recovered cows got pregnant.The results suggest that these serial preparations,if used extensively,willbe of great economic benefit to the dairy farmers.
