Based on the regional industrial development theory, what Sihui should do are: adjusting the economic strategy; adopting an industry based developing strategy; using the regional advantages to increase the capital inflow; pushing forward the agriculture and tourism; managing Sihui with the thought of managing a city, and thereby developing the new advantage of the city.
