Probing into the Construction of Moral Principle in Modern Enterprises

当今中国 ,深化改革、加强管理、激发活力已是现代企业制度建设过程中的重要内容 ,而其中的企业伦理制度的建设又是一个不可忽视的重要方面。为此 ,围绕如何创建具有自我特色的现代企业伦理制度 ,提出了七个方面的模型构想 。

Nowadays,in China,deepening reform,strengthening management and arousing vigour make up the main tasks of modern enterprise management,and the construction of moral principle can never be neglected.Thererfore,in this article,the author centers around the construction of moral principle with Chinese characteristics in modern enterprises and puts forward some ideas,hoping to be helpful for further thought.
