摘要
世界贸易组织《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》(以下简称 TRIPS)缔结后 ,国际版权保护出现了新的发展趋势。正确认识这些发展趋势 ,有利于解决后 TRIPS时代版权面临的特殊问题。TRIPS生效后 。
With TRIPS agreement going into effect, changes take place in the protection of international copyright. China needs to adjust its copyright law to meet the challenge of accession to WTO. The authors concluded that global protection would be the major trend of international copyright system.
