摘要
本文从形态、细胞、遗传和测交等方面进行了研究,结果表明:仙居雄性不育大麦是核基因隐性突变的不育材料;通过定向选择压力的纯化和不育基因的转移,可为大麦育种、遗传和种质基因库利用;雄性不育原种可从高不育株或不育株与杂合可育株姊妹交后代分离中保持。
The morphology,cytology,genetics and testcross of Xianju gcnic male-sterile barley were investigated,Results showed as follows: Xianju genie male-sterile barley was genie nuclear male-sierile material of ressesive mutation;Xianju genie male-sterile barley could be used for barley breeding,geneiic and gene pool of germ plasm by means of purification of ortho selection pressure and transfer of sterile gene:original male-sterile species could be segregaied from high sterile plant,or sib mating progeny of sterile plant and heterozygous fertile plant.
