摘要
在试制新车型钢圈中 ,所选用的三种双相钢对比材料的钢圈表现出不同的疲劳性能。采用金相、扫描电镜、化学分析等方法对钢圈进行了分析。得出 。
Three kinds of selected dual phase steel showed different kinds of fatige performace during steel wheel materials manufacturing. Analysis by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope analysis and chemical analysis were carried out. The results showed that the factors that affected the steel wheels′ fatigue performace were mainly caused by the contents and distribution of martensite in the micro-region.
