摘要
通过对冲压开裂的省煤器膨胀板进行理化和变形分析 ,认为膨胀板在材料代用方面存在一定的问题 ,材料的拉伸性能不合格是膨胀板冲压开裂的主要原因。建议膨胀板以选用含硅量较少的Q2 35AF材料为宜 ;对已下料但还未冲压的膨胀板进行退火处理以改善钢板性能 ,或改为两次冲压 。
Research on punching press cracking of economizer expansion plate was carried out by means of physical and chemical tests and also deformation analysis. It was shown that there existed some problem in meterial substitution of expansion plate. Failure in tensile property of the substitution material is the major cause of punch-cracking. It is suggested to use low silicon content material such as Q23AF for expansion plate. For the existed materials which can not be changed, it is suggested to treat by annealing before puching or punching twice to decrease deformation.
