摘要
重庆天然气净化总厂长寿分厂脱水装置的三甘醇循环泵选用的是 3D3 - 8/6 .3Ⅱ型往复泵。本文对该泵常在停泵后再次启动时盘不动车及在运转中三甘醇溶液泄漏较严重的原因进行了分析 。
The 3D3-8/6.3 II TEG circulation pumps were selected for th e dehydration unit of Changshou Branch under Chongqing General Natural Gas Purif ication Plan t.This article aims at the analysis of the cause that the pumps often can not be rotated by hands and should to be repaired in time when the pumps are to be swi tched on again after they are stopped,and the leakage of TEG during rotation is large.The measures and the results are also described in this article.
