Problems and Corresponding Solutions During the Big Grain Urea Production

对喷淋造粒工艺生产大颗粒尿素在生产过程中出现的问题进行分析,特别对生产大颗粒尿素所用喷头的一些指标进行研究,并提出了新型喷头的设想;介绍了空心粒及粉尘尿素的解决方案。

The problems in producing big grain urea in the process of prilling were analyzed. Some parameters of prilling nozzle were studied and the idea of a new type prilling nozzle was proposed. Also, the resolutions of hollow grain and dust urea were introduced.
