摘要
将无机盐经 4 5 0℃焙烧制得一种不溶于水的新型固体酸催化剂T 4 5 0 ,吸附吡啶的红外光谱表明 ,催化剂表面形成了新的Bronsted酸中心。该催化剂对邻苯二甲酸酐和异戊醇的酯化活性高 ,无副反应。并得到合成DIAP的环境友好催化新工艺条件如下 :异戊醇0 5mol,邻苯二甲酸酐 0 2mol,催化剂 1g ,反应温度 185℃ ,反应时间 180min ,在此条件下收率可达 97%以上 ,且催化剂易回收 ,具有良好的重复使用性能。
A water insoluble soild acid catalyst 'T-450' was prepared by calcination of a inorganic salt.IR spectra of pyridine absorbed on the surface showed that the catalyst had Bronsted acid sites.The catalyst had high activity and high selectivity in esterification of phthalic anhydride with isoamyl alcohol.The optimun condition for synthesis of DIAP was obtained as follows:isoamyl alcohol 0.5mol, phthalic anhydride 0.2mol, the catalyst 1.0g, reaction temperature 185℃, time 180min, the yield was above 97%. The catalyst can be recovered easily and used repeatedly for many times.
