摘要
本文运用马克思主义的社会再生产理论和现代管理学的相关观点 ,结合我国人力资源管理与人才工作的实际 ,从二者的关系入手 ,论述了对人才培养、开发、管理与使用的基本认识及其方略。
Using the Marxist social reproduction theory and some related viewpoints on the modern Science of management,the author discusses his basic understanding and general plan on training,seeking,managing and using people of abilities.The discussion begins with the relationship between our nations reality of human resources management and the practice of the work concerning people of abilities. [
