川参通注射液治疗前列腺增生症2090例临床疗效观察

Effect of Chuan Shen Tong Injection in the Treatment of Prostatic Hyperplasia: An Observation of 2090 Cases

目的进一步评价川参通注射液治疗良性前列腺增生瘀血阻滞证的疗效和安全性。方法以多中心自身前后对照的方法,观察川参通治疗前列腺增生瘀血阻滞证的疗效和安全性。结果川参通临床控制及显效率为60.77%,总有效率为91.67%。结论川参通治疗前列腺增生瘀血阻滞证是一种比较安全有效的中药注射剂。

Objective: To make further evaluation on the efficacy and safety of Chuan Shen Tong Injection (CSTI) on benign prostatic hyperplasia with blood-stasis syndrome. Methods: A self-contrast between pre-and post-treatment and multicenter trial was carried out in 2090 subjects treated with CSTI over 4 weeks. Results: The markedly effective rate of CSTI in controlling symptoms is 60.77 %and the total effective rate is up to 91.67 %. Conclusion: Chuan Shen Tong Injection is effective and safe in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with blood-stasis syndrome.
