芪术颗粒对大鼠肝纤维化模型的治疗作用 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察芪术颗粒对肝纤维化模型大鼠的治疗效果。方法人血白蛋白免疫致敏法建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,用芪术颗粒大、中、小3个剂量组治疗,分别在治疗1个月、3个月时取肝组织,HE及Masson方法染色,并用MPEAS-500型图像分析仪进行图像分析。结果芪术颗粒治疗各组在治疗1个月或是治疗3个月时,大鼠的肝纤维化程度均有不同程度的改善,治疗3个月时其胶原相对含量与治疗1个月时比较有时效相关性。结论芪术颗粒能促进模型大鼠肝组织胶原的降解,从而减轻肝纤维化的程度。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Qizhu granules (QG) on experimental rat models of hepatic fibrosis. Methods: Rat models of hepatic fibrosis was established by immunological sensitization with human albumin. And then the model rats were treated with high, moderate and low dosage of QG respectively. Liver biopsy were carried out in 1st and 3rd month after the treatment. Liver biopsy specimens were stained with HE and Masson thrichrome and then were examined by MPEAS-500 image analyzing system. Results: After 1 or 3 months of treatment, hepatic fibrosis were improved to various degrees and the relative content of collagen in liver tissue were changed in a time -effect manner. Conclusion: QG can promote the degradation of collagen and improve hepatic fibrosis.
