摘要 目的探讨芳香开窍药麝香、冰片对全脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织氨基酸类神经递质的影响。方法Pulsinelli的4vo法建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,采用高效液相色谱法检测脑组织谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、甘氨酸及γ-氨基丁酸。结果芳香开窍药可降低缺血区脑组织中的Asp,提高GABA、Gly的含量。结论芳香开窍药可降低脑缺血时的兴奋性神经递质Asp和升高抑制性神经递质GABA、Gly,以对抗兴奋性氨基酸的毒性,从而保护脑缺血后继发神经元的损伤,这可能是其芳香开窍机理之一。 Objective: To investigate the effect of resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs such as Moschus and Borneol on aminoacid neurotransmitter content in brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury. Methods: Rat model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury was established by Pulsinelli 4vo method. The content of glutamic acid (Glu), aspartic acid (Asp), glycine (Gly) and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in brain tissue were measured by high performance liquid chromatographic determination (HPLC). Results: Resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs can decrease Asp content and increase GABA and Gly content in the brain tissue. Conclusion: Resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs can prevent brain tissue from ischemic damage .And lowering the toxicity of the excitatory aminoacid by decreasing Asp content and increasing the content of GABA and Gly may be one of its mechanisms.
