A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑及面肌痉挛

Treatment of blepharospasm and facial spasm with botulinum toxin A

目的 :观察A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑痉挛及面肌痉挛的效果。方法 :对 38例眼睑痉挛及 18例面肌痉挛患者局部注射A型肉毒杆菌毒素。结果 :治疗效果满意 ,痉挛症状缓解。药效作用时间 :眼睑痉挛者为 5～ 17周 ,平均 9 5周 ;面肌痉挛者为 10～ 2 4周 ,平均 16周。无全身反应 ,局部副作用轻微 ,可重复注射。结论 :用A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑及面肌痉挛安全、有效 。

Objective:To observe the effect of treatment of blepharospasm and facial spasm with botulinum toxin A.Method:38 patients of blepharospasm and 18 patients of facial spasm were treated with 3～5 injections of 0.1ml(0.1ng)botulinum toxin A locally.Result:The spasmodic symptoms were relieved.The effective period of time is:5～17 weeks(mean 9.5 weeks)in blepharospasm and 10～24 weeks (mean 16 weeks)in facial spasm.There were no systemic side effect and the local side effect mild.Injection may be repeated if necessary.Conclusion:The method of treatment for blepharospasm and facial spasm by using injections of botulinum toxin A is safe and effective.
