摘要
目的 :了解Orbscan系统与A超测量角膜厚度及前房深度之差异。方法 :在我院行激光手术的病例中 ,随机抽取2 0 0人 (4 0 0只眼 ) ,按近视程度分为 4组 ,对其在术前用Orbscan系统和A超所测得的角膜厚度及前房深度结果进行分组比较。结果 :Orbscan系统测量角膜中央厚度为 (5 2 3 5 9± 41 19) μm ,A超测量结果为 (5 48 5 5± 34 45 ) μm ,u检验P <0 0 1,差异有极显著性。Orbscan系统测量中央前房深度为 (3 76± 0 2 8)mm ,A超测量结果为 (3 97± 0 31)mm ,u检验P <0 0 1,差异有极显著性。结论 :虽然两者之间测量结果存在一定差异 ,Orbscan系统在测量的精确性和稳定程度等方面还需进一步完善 ,但Orbscan系统给我们提供了检测眼前节的全新概念和详尽数据 。
Objective:To evaluate the results of corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth measured with Orbscan Topography System and A-ultrasonoscope.Methods:200 myopia patients (400 eyes) were divided into 4 groups according to the degree of myopia,and their central corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth were measused with Orbscan Topography System and A-ultrasonoscope.The results were compared.Results:The mean central corneal thickness was (523.59±41.19)μm with Orbscan Ⅱ System,and (548.55±34.45)μm with A-ultrasonoscope.There was significant difference statiastically (u test, P <0.01).The mean central anterior chamber depth was (3.76±0.28)mm with the Orbscan Ⅱ System and (3.97±0.31)mm with A-ultrasonoscope.The difference was significant statistically(u test, P <0.01).Conclusion:Although the results of measurement are different with Orbscan Ⅱ System and A-ultrasonoscopy,the Orbscan Ⅱ Topography System is a new analysis device for anterior ocular segment.It can supply a larger number of detail data and can be helpful to the clinical work and research.
