前列地尔治疗微小病变型肾病并发急性肾衰临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effects of Alprosladil Injection in Patients with Nephrosis with Minimal Changes Accompanied by Acute Renal Failure

目的 :研究前列地尔脂微球载体制剂 (LipoPGE1)对微小病变型肾病并发急性肾衰竭的疗效。方法 :收集 5 3例肾病综合征肾活检确诊为微小病变型肾病并发急性肾衰竭患者 ,随机分 2组 ,治疗组 2 6例在激素治疗基础上加前列地尔 10 μg ,对照组 2 7例用肝素 75mg并加用尿激酶 8万U治疗 ,两组药物均溶于生理盐水 2 5 0ml中静脉滴注 ,1次 /d ,2周为 1个疗程。 结果 :治疗组尿量进行性增加 ,水肿完全消退 ,肝肾功能显著改善 ,疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :前列地尔治疗微小病变型肾病并发急性肾衰竭 ,起效快 ,副作用少 ,可缩短肾衰期 ,减少住院时间 ,安全有效。

Objective: To study the effect of Alprosladil injection in patients with nephrosis with minimal changes accompanied by acute renal failure. Methods: 53 patients with nephrotic syndrome accompanied by acute renal failure were divided into two groups at random. There were 26 patients in the treated group and 27 patients in the control group. On the basis of using prednisone, 10 μg of Alprosladil injection was added to the treated group and 75 mg of heparin injection,and 80 thousand unit of urokinase injection to the control group for two weeks, both in 250 ml of 0.9% normal salt solution,in instill intravenously once a day. Results: The curative effect of the treated group was much better than that of the control ( P <0.05). The serum creatinine, BUN and ALT in the treated group were significantly lower than those in the control group. ( P <0.05) Conclusions: It is effective to use Alprosladil injection to treat the nephrosis with minimal changes accompanied by acute renal failure,especially the severe edematous patients.
