摘要
为探讨周围神经功能性电刺激对原发性骨质疏松症的防治作用 ,选用 4月龄雌性 SD大鼠 30只 ,随机分为 3组 :假手术组(Sham)、去卵巢组 (OVX)和去卵巢电刺激治疗组 (Treat)。在 Treat组行周围神经功能性电刺激治疗 8周后 ,采用皮下注射盐酸四环素和 Calcein进行骨表面的双荧光标记 ,同时全部大鼠处死 ,均取右胫骨上段不脱钙骨切片进行骨形态计量学分析。结果显示周围神经功能性电刺激可以提高骨小梁面积百分率 ,改善骨小梁结构 ,但仍维持原有的高骨转换率。
Objective: To study the effect on osteoporosis through stimulating peripheral nerve by functional electrical stimulation. Methods: Thirty 4-month-old SD female rats were randomly divided into three groups: aging control(Sham), ovariectomy(OVX), and OVX treated by functional electrical stimulation(Treat) group. Functional electrical stimulation was kept on using to work on treat group's peripheral nerve for 8 weeks. All the rats were sacrificed after the bones were labeled by being given tetracycline-HCI and Calcein hypodermic injection. The right proximal tibia metaphyses were processed by undecalcified section for quantitative bone histomorphometry. Results: Functional electrical stimulation on peripheral nerve can improve area percent and the structure of bone trabecula while bone metabolism sustained at high level. Conclusions: Functional electrical stimulation on peripheral nerve can be used as a method to prevent and cure primary osteoporosis.
