周围神经功能性电刺激防治大鼠实验性骨质疏松的骨形态计量学研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨周围神经功能性电刺激对原发性骨质疏松症的防治作用 ,选用 4月龄雌性 SD大鼠 30只 ,随机分为 3组 :假手术组(Sham)、去卵巢组 (OVX)和去卵巢电刺激治疗组 (Treat)。在 Treat组行周围神经功能性电刺激治疗 8周后 ,采用皮下注射盐酸四环素和 Calcein进行骨表面的双荧光标记 ,同时全部大鼠处死 ,均取右胫骨上段不脱钙骨切片进行骨形态计量学分析。结果显示周围神经功能性电刺激可以提高骨小梁面积百分率 ,改善骨小梁结构 ,但仍维持原有的高骨转换率。 Objective: To study the effect on osteoporosis through stimulating peripheral nerve by functional electrical stimulation. Methods: Thirty 4-month-old SD female rats were randomly divided into three groups: aging control(Sham), ovariectomy(OVX), and OVX treated by functional electrical stimulation(Treat) group. Functional electrical stimulation was kept on using to work on treat group's peripheral nerve for 8 weeks. All the rats were sacrificed after the bones were labeled by being given tetracycline-HCI and Calcein hypodermic injection. The right proximal tibia metaphyses were processed by undecalcified section for quantitative bone histomorphometry. Results: Functional electrical stimulation on peripheral nerve can improve area percent and the structure of bone trabecula while bone metabolism sustained at high level. Conclusions: Functional electrical stimulation on peripheral nerve can be used as a method to prevent and cure primary osteoporosis.
