摘要
为探讨针刺治疗慢性脊髓损伤的作用机理 ,采用大鼠后路渐进性脊髓压迫法造成动物模型 ,然后手术减压 ,并进行电针治疗。通过观察联合行为评分 (CBS)及胆碱乙酰转移酶 (Ch AT)的免疫组化检测 ,对实验动物进行评价。结果脊髓损伤后 Ch AT免疫组化染色阳性细胞数减少 ,CBS升高 ;经过电针治疗后 ,Ch AT阳性细胞数增多 ,CBS也下降。电针组与减压组比较 ,在统计学上具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。表明电针治疗可以促进脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓神经元合成 Ch AT,从而合成更多的运动神经递质乙酰胆碱 。
Objective: To study the mechanism of electro-acupuncture on chronic spinal cord injury of rats. Methods: A model of chronic spinal cord injury was made. After sixty days the pressure installation were removed. Electro-acupuncture was carried out on CBS and positive immunohistochemistry cell of choline acetyltransferase(ChAT). Results: After spinal cord injury the number of positive neurons of ChAT were decreased, CBS were raised too. After treated with electro-acupuncture, positive neurons increased in number, and CBS lowed too. There was a significant difference between the group of electro-acupuncture and the group of decompression(P<0.05). Conclusions: The treatment of electro-acupuncture may promote a synthesis of motor nerve transmitter( acetylcholine, ACH), and facilitate the behavioral function recovery of experiment animals.
