摘要
对解决液化石油气中H2 S含量偏高而导致的铜片腐蚀不合格问题进行了研究 ,考察了活性炭、分子筛和两种不同的脱硫剂脱除液化石油气中微量H2 S的效果。试验结果表明 ,采用干法脱除液化石油气中H2 S是解决液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格问题的有效方法 ,四种材料均能脱除液化石油气中的H2 S ,从而使产品铜片腐蚀合格 ,工业试用表明 ,NC
The route to solve the problem of disqualification in copper corrosion test due to high hydrogen sulfide concentration in LPG after MDEA treatment were investigated. Activated carbon, molecular sieve and two desulfurization sorbents were used to removed hydrogen sulfide from LPG.The test results showed that 'dry method' treatment by above mentioned materials can efficiently solve the problem of disqualification in copper corrosion test.
