摘要
在常压气固床催化评价装置上 ,对Ni/AC催化剂制备中的浸渍、干燥、活化等步骤进行了详细考察 ,给出了较理想的制备条件、热处理温度 (40 0℃ )和还原温度 (70 0℃ )。与已有的报道相比 ,所研制的催化剂用于常压气相甲醇羰基化合成醋酸反应 ,甲醇转化率提高了 7.2 4 % ,醋酸收率提高了 4 .6 7%。
Preparation steps for Ni/AC methanol carbonylation catalyst, such as impregnation, calcination and activation, were investigated on a atmospheric gas solid bed testing apparatus. Desirable preparation condition, thermal treatment temperature (400℃) and reduction temperature (700℃) were given. Catalyst prepared in this way can enhance methanol conversion by 7.24% and yield of acetic acid by 4.67%.
