真空干燥温度低,速度快,成品质量好,根据真空干燥器的原理,我们利用废旧的卧式热压灭菌柜和塔式蒸馏器,自行设计制造了一台真空干燥器,其结构、性能、干燥时间、物料干燥质量,均能达到要求,是医院制剂理想的干燥设备。

A vacuum drier has temperature low, speed fast, and quality of finished product good. Based on the mechanism of vacuum drier, we have designed and made by ourselves a vacuum drier making use of waste and bacterium extinguisher of horizontal heat pressure and tower dis- tiller. Its construction and performance, dry time, goods and materials, and dry qualities have been received requirements, it is a ideal dry equipments for the department of hospital preparation.
