刺五加种子催芽技术的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 刺五加种子质量差,自然状态后熟时间长和出苗率低,是其有性生殖过程的一个薄弱环节。本实验结果表明:种子生长发育最适宜的环境条件是形态后熟前期的催芽温度、湿度分别为15~20℃,15~20%,后期温度、湿度分别为13~16℃,10~15%;生理后熟的温度为1~5℃,湿度大于10%。同时,探讨了种子催芽的技术方法。该方法简便易行,提高了种子发芽率,解决了刺五加有性繁殖的关键性问题。 Features of th seeds Eleutherococcus Senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim) Maxim being of worse quality, much lower germination rate and longer time of afterripening in a natural state are a weak link of sexual reproduction of this species. The results suggested the best condition that temperature and humidity were 15~20℃、15~20%, 13~16℃、10~15%respectively in form at- ferripening process; that temperature was 1~5℃ and humnidity was more than 10% in physiolo- gy afterripening process. Moreover, the method of accelerating was inquired. The method was sim- ple and convenient to operate, which improved the germination rate and resolved the key link of sexual reproduction of this species.
