前列舒宁对丙酸睾丸酮所致前列腺增生的抑制作用研究

Study on Qianlieshuning (前列舒宁) Tablet's restraining prostate hyperplasia caused by testosterone propionate

目的 :观察前列舒宁抗前列腺增生作用。方法 :皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮 ,制造大、小鼠前列腺增生模型 ,观察前列腺湿重及前列腺指数 ,并进行组织学检查。结果 :对丙酸睾丸酮所致前列腺增生 ,前列舒宁能显著减轻前列腺湿重、减少前列腺指数 ,病理组织学检查也显示前列舒宁对前列腺增生有明显抑制作用。结论

Objective: To study the effect of Qianlieshuning tablet's (QLSN) restraining prostate hyperplasia. Methods: To hypodermically inject testosterone propionate, and to produce the models of rats' and mice's prostate hyperplasia in order to observe the weight and the index of the prostate; to carry out the pathological examination. Results: QLSN tablet can evidently reduce the weight and the index of the prostate, and the pathological examination also shows that QLSN tablet can distinctly restrain the prostate hyperplasia. Conclusion: QLSN tablet can evidently restrain the prostate hyperplasia.
