减药治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者的影响

目的 探讨抗精神病药物减量治疗对长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者的影响。方法 从近年来减用抗精神病药物治疗者中抽取 5 0例 ,将减药前、减药后 1～ 2年的病情、症状变化和副反应情况 ,进行 BPRS、SANS、TESS评分比较。结果 减药前与减药后 1～ 2年 ,病情、症状变化不大 ,而副反应明显减少。结论 减药治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者 ,在减少副反应的同时 ,大大降低药物治疗费用。且便于其它康复措施的开展 ,值得引起重视。

Objective To study the effect of the lessened antipsychotic medications to treat long-term chronic in-patients with schizophrenia.Menthods 50 cases were randomly sampled from the in-patients that were treated by lessened antipsychotic medications in recent years,using BPRS?SANS and Tess for evaluating conditions symptom changes and side effects among antipsychotic medications being lessened ago and 1 year and 2 years later.Results Except for side effects are reduced greatly,the changes of conditions and symptoms are not significant among antipsychotic medications being lessened ago and 1 year later and 2 years later.Conclusions Not only did the side effects and the pay for medicine,but the others rehabilitation measures develop for lessened antipsychotic medications to treat schizophrenia in-patients.
