成人高校大学生与普通高校大学生心理健康状况的比较研究

Contrast Research for State of Mental Health between Adult College Students and General College Students

目的 比较与探讨成人高校大学生和普通高校大学生心理健康状况的异同。方法 采用 SCL— 90对 1 4 1 5名成人和普高本、专科生进行测试 ,并分别与中国成人和青年组常模比较。结果 成人高校大学生心理健康水平大大不如普通高校学生 ,与全国常模比较差异性非常显著。此外 ,专科生与本科生之间的心理健康水平也存在有差异。结论 成人高校大学生心理健康状况不容乐观 ,必须引起有关部门的重视。因此 ,成人院校要加强大学生的心理辅导 ,提高他们的心理素质。

Objective To compare and study the difference of mental health state between adult college students and general college students.Methods With SCL-90,1415 adult and general college students in senior and junior degree were tested and the results were compared to those in Chinese adult and young norm respectively.Results The mental health level of adult college students is worse than that of general college students and the difference compared with Chinese norm is quite remakable.Further more,there is also difference of the mental health level between junior and senior college studeats.Conclusion The mental health state of adult college students is not optimistic and should be taken seriously by the department responsible for the work and mental guidane should be strengthened in adult college and their mental quality should be improved.
