摘要
以ε 己内酰胺 (CL)的水解开环聚合法为合成路线 ,采用正交试验法求得了较佳基本配方与反应条件 :聚醚选用PTMG10 0 0 ,催化剂选用亚磷酸三苯酯 ,抗氧剂选用Irganox10 98,适宜的反应温度为 2 5 0~ 2 60℃ ,适宜的开环反应时间为 2~ 3h ,预缩聚 0 5~ 1h ,后缩聚 0 5~ 2h。在此条件下 ,不存在反应体系相容性问题 ,可以合成出颜色浅、摩尔质量较高的N6型尼龙 6弹性体 (TPAE)树脂。通过对比试验 ,发现在适宜反应温度和开环反应时间下 。
s Taking the hydrolytic ring opening polymerization of ε caprolactam as the synthesizing routing,the most proper basic formula and reaction conditions were obtained by means of orthogonal test:poly(tetramethylene ether)glycol(PTMG, M n=1000 g/mol or 2000g/mol),catalyst triphennyl phosphite and antioxidant Irganox 1098 were used in the proceedinyg ,the reaction temperature was 250~260 ℃,stirring 2~3 hours,then prepolymerizing 0 5~1 hour and condensating 0 5~2 hours under 3 mmHg,a series of colorless,transparent or translucent title elastomer resins with higher mole mass was obtained,without immiscibility problem in the proceeding It was found by contrast test that when the reaction temperature and ring opening reaction time were reasonable,the use of TPA as raw material could markedly increase CL conversion to above 82%
