摘要 以提高玻纤增强PBT材料在湿热环境下的电性能和力学性能为目标 ,研究了短玻纤品种和用量、加工助剂和加工条件的影响 ;探讨了干、湿态材料性能产生差异的原因。结果表明 ,使用直径较大 (13 μm)的短玻纤 ,利用PTFE的减摩和润滑作用 ,选用PEW作流动改性剂 ,控制较低的螺杆转速是有效措施 ;玻纤 PBT界面状况是影响干。 sIn order to improve the electric and mechanical properties of PBT/short glass fiber(SGF)composites under hydrothermal environment,the influences of SGF types and contents,some processing aids and processing parameters were investigated,and the reasons causing the differences of these properties of dry and moistened composites were discussed.The results showed that the following measures were effective,such as to use the SGF with larger diameter(ex.13μm),to utilize the actions of diminishing friction and lubricating of PTFE,to select the PE wax as flow modifier,and to control screw revolution speed lower etc.and that the SGF PBT interface morphology was the dominant factor deciding the properties of the composites at dry or moistened states.
