摘要
以木粉 ,PVC树脂等为原料 ,研制了一种门窗新型环保异型材。对该异型材的密度、含水量、吸水性、热变形温度、力学性能等进行了测试。结果表明 :该异型材的密度与原木十分接近 :异型材具有极佳防水性能 ;含水率不超过2 0 % ,吸水性不超过 2 3 8% ;热变形温度为 78 3℃ ,弯曲强度、压缩强度、拉伸强度、拉拔抗强度等力学性能均达到室内装修的基本要求。
