The ammonia-free flame-retardant phenolic plastics have been prepared with the liquid self-curing phenolic resin as the matrix, inorganic fiber and mineral powder as reinforcing materials and adding other aids. The plastics has excellent tracking index and flame retardance. In application, they do not release ammonia, do not corrodes the electrical appliance, metal insert and electric connector on the meter and are the key materials for the precision instruments, meters and various airtight machines.
