摘要
采用多层功能材料复合增强方法制备了阻燃、抗静电、高强度尼龙叶片,其内芯材料具有阻燃、增强的功能,外层材料具有阻燃、抗静电及耐磨性。将外层材料配制成溶胶涂覆于内芯上制作的尼龙叶片,完全能满足煤矿大风量、高风压抽出式局部通风机的需要。
The flame-retardant, antistatic and high-strength plastics vane was prepared by the method of composite-reinforcement with mutiple layer of functional materials, with its inner core material having the functions of flame retardance and reinforcement, its outside lay material having flame retardance, antistatic and abrasion resistance. The vane, manufactured with the inner core coated with sols formulated with the outside lay material, could completely meet the requirement of the big-wind-power and high-wind-pressure drawing-type partial blower used in coal mine.
