克林霉素磷酸酯搽剂治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效

Observation of the efficacy of clindamycin phosphate liniment in treatment of acne vulgaris

目的 :评价克林霉素磷酸酯搽剂治疗寻常型痤疮的有效性和安全性。方法 :采用随机单盲对照方法 ,验证组 6 0例外用克林霉素磷酸酯搽剂 ,对照组 6 0例外用特丽仙痤疮液 ,bid ,疗程 4周。结果 :验证组、对照组有效率分别为 85 %及 83.3% ,细菌清除率分别为 81.3%及 83.3%。 2组治疗寻常型痤疮的有效率、细菌清除率比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :克林霉素磷酸酯搽剂是一种治疗寻常型痤疮比较安全、有效的外用制剂。

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of clindamycin phosphate liniment in treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:Patients were randomly equally divided into two groups to receive clindamycin phosphate liniment or Dalacint (imported clindamycin phosphate) twice per day for 4 weeks.Results:In clindamycin phosphate liniment group (60 patients),the effective rate and bacterial clearance rate were 85% and 83.3% respectively.In the control group (60 patients),the effective rate and bacterial clearance rate were 81.3% and 83.3% respectively.There were no significant differences between groups in both the effective rate and bacterial clearance rate. Conclusion:Clindamycin phosphate liniment is a safe and effective topical preparation for treatment of acne vulgaris.
