摘要
在药品不良反应监测中使用药物流行病学的方法 ,可以评价药品和不良反应之间的关系 ,寻找诱发不良反应的危险因素。本文对国内外药物流行病学的发展及应用情况作一综述 ,旨在提高药物流行病学在我国药品不良反应监测中的地位 。
Using the pharmacoepidemiology method in pharmacovigilance,we can assess the relationship between the drug and the adverse drug reaction(ADR),explore the risk factors associated with ADR.In this paper,the development and application of pharmacoepidemiology in pharmacovigilance at home and abroad was reviewed.
