介绍圆柱型插接器PA6护套Φ4.6mm孔精密成型模具的设计及加工。将型芯分解成两部分分别制造,再进行组装,从根本上解决了圆型芯不易定位的问题,既便于加工,又便于装配,且主要零件具有良好的互换性。

The design and machining of the ￠4. 6mm hole precision injection molding of the PA6 jack for the cylindrical socket connectors are introduced. The core is divided into two parts, manufactured respectively, and assembled together. The problem of the circular core located with difficulty is solved radically. It becomes easy to machine and assembly and has a good interchangeabili-ty for a die's main parts.
