良性甲状腺疾病手术方法的改进

Modification of operative methods in treating thyroid benign lesions

目的 :探讨良性甲状腺疾病手术方法的改进。方法 :总结改进的甲状腺手术切口、显露 (带状肌“帘状开窗”显露甲状腺 )、整体切除及侧方低位引流技术在 180 6例良性甲状腺疾病手术中的经验。结果 :本组患者无手术死亡 ,无喉返神经损伤及甲状旁腺功能低下 ,术后住院时间 3～ 5d。结论 :改进的甲状腺手术方法可缩短手术时间、减少出血 ,且有美容意义。

Aim: To investigate the modification of operative methods in treatment of thyroid benign lesions. Methods: This paper reported experience of modified techniques in incision, exposition,excision, and drainage applied in 1 806 cases with thyroid benign lesions. Results: There was not mortality,injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve or hypoparathyroidism. Conclusion: Modified operation methods can reduce operation time and hemorrhage besides it also has cosmetic significance.
