氧化还原引发体系连续引发丙烯腈与丙烯酸乙酯乳液共聚合 被引量:11

摘要 用氧化还原引发剂在低温下研究了丙烯腈 (M1)和丙烯酸乙酯 (M2 )的乳液共聚合。考察了聚合温度、乳化剂浓度对聚合的影响 ,结果表明 ,随温度升高和乳化剂浓度增大 ,单体的转化速度加快、聚合物分子量增大、乳液更为稳定。用激光粒径分析仪考察了 2 0℃聚合过程中乳胶粒子大小的变化 ,发现聚合过程中的成核和增长均在胶束中进行 ,以及单体液滴在高转化率时仍存在。这两种单体的乳液共聚合的竞聚率也得到确定 :r1=1.90 ,r2 =1.0 0。 The emulsion copolymerization of acrylonitrile(M 1) and ethylacrylate(M 2) initiated continuously with a redox initiator system potassium persulfate/sodium bisulfite at a temperature scope from 0 ℃ to 30 ℃ was researched. The effects of temperature and emulsifier concentration on the emulsion copolymerization were investigated. The results show that, with raising temperature and concentration, the rate that monomers transfer into copolymer and the moleculer weight of copolymer increase, and the stability of the latex products also increases. The latex particle size in the course of copolymerization was investigated with laser particle size analysis. The results indicated that the nucleation and propagation of this copolymerization carried out inside micelle, and the monomer micro droplets existed up to the very high conversion of monomer. The reactivity ratio in the emulsion copolymerization was determined: r 1 = 1.90 , r 2 = 1.00 .
