摘要
研究 Ti OBu4/ Ti Cl4载体催化剂对乙烯气相聚合与共聚合性能的影响。当 MTi OBu4/ MTi Cl4=0 .6时 ,乙烯的聚合催化效率最高达 13.8× 10 3 g/ g,颗粒分布窄 ,2 0 mesh~ 2 0 0 mesh颗粒质量分数为 1,共聚性能好 ,同等条件下 ,支化度最高为 2 2 ,密度最小为 0 .90 4 g/ cm3 ,熔点、结晶度最小 ,分别为 12 0 .9℃ ,2 8%。乙烯 / 1-丁烯共聚合 ,随着 1-丁烯含量增加催化效率总体下降 ,相对分子质量下降 ,熔点、结晶度、密度下降 ,支化度增加。共聚单体 1-丁烯为 30 %时 ,共聚产物熔点、结晶度、密度 ,分别为 12 0 .4℃ ,2 8% ,0 .884 g/ cm3 ,支化度为 4 3支链数 / 10 0 0 C。
The highly active supported catalysts of double component TiOBu 4/TiCl 4 for the gas phase homo and copolymerization of olefine were prepared. It was found that the catalystic efficience can be enhanced with adding appropriate amount of TiOBu 4 in preparing catalyst, as when M TiOBu 4 / M TiCl 4 = 0.6 , the catalystic efficience achieved maximum value of 13.8 ×10 3 g PE/g Ti under 106.7 kPa pressure, and the yielded polymer with excellent morphology of big bulk density and narrow particle mass distritution, and when copolymerization with 10%(vol.) 1 butene, the melting point, crystallinity, density and branching degree of copolymer are 120.9 ℃, 28%, 0.904 g/cm 3 and 22 respectively. Tbe copolymerization of ethylene with 1 butene were investigated. The results show that catalystic efficiency decreased, molecular weight, melting point , crystallinity and density of copolymer decreases and branching degree increases with increasing 1 butene content in feeding. When 1 butene content in feeding is 30%, the melting point crystallinity density and branching degree of copolymer are 120.4 ℃, 28%, 0.884 g/cm 3 and 43 respectively.
