摘要
叙述了超高相对分子质量阳离子壳聚糖絮凝剂的制备及应用 ,讨论了多种因素对絮凝效果的影响。当 V(12 .5 % PAE)∶V(15 % CPAM)∶V(2 % chitosan) =1∶ 1∶ 5 ,加甲醛轻度交联 ,制得壳聚糖改性复合阳离子絮凝剂 ,对造纸污水具有明显的絮凝作用。适宜的应用条件是 p H值 3.0~ 7.0 ,絮凝剂加量 10 mg~ 15 mg,絮凝剂可以桥联作用在各种颗粒及纤维间形成硬絮凝体。用扫描电镜观察絮凝物时 ,可发现在纤维间形成多个物理吸附点 ,网络编织致密 ,其间有大量颗粒状物质 。
This paper discusses the preparation of cationic chitosan flocculants and its application for the waste water treatment of papermaking. Studies were focused on the effect of influencing the coagulation. The serviceable ratio of V (12.5% PAE)∶ V (15% CPAM)∶ V (2% chitosan)=1∶1∶5 with the light level crosslinking using formaldehyde, the obvious results of flocculation can be gotten. The chitosan modified flocculating are very effective to treat the waste water of papermaking. The suitable condition is like this: pH 3.0 ~ 7.0 , add amount 10 mg^15 mg. The bridge connecting action might be the mainly reason to form the hard flocculating system. Also the structure morphology was studied by the SEM method.
