摘要
研究了 PHMS/ BA复合乳液的耐电解质稳定性、耐酸碱稳定性、离心稳定性以及耐热耐寒性。结果表明 ,该乳液对 Cl-和 SO2 -4的临界凝聚浓度 (CCC)分别为 0 .32 7mol/ L和 0 .2 0 0 mol/ L,优于阴、阳离子型聚硅氧烷乳液 ,特别是耐 SO2 -4性 ;对酸、碱的 CCC值介于阴、阳离子型乳液之间 ;乳液的平均粒度随酸、碱及电解质浓度的影响甚微。
Some properties of PHMS/BA composite emulsion were characterized: the resistance to electrolyte, to alkali, acid fastness, centrifugal stability and heat resistance, and freeze resistance. The results show that the PHMS/BA composite emulsion has good stability. The critical condensation concentration ( CCC ) of Cl - and SO 2- 4 are 0.327 mol/L and 0.200 mol/L respectively, superior to that of dimethylpolysiloxane anionic emulsion and cationic emulsion. The particle size nearly keeps constant with increasing of Cl -, SO 2- 4, H + and OH - concentration.
