异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯基聚醚聚氨酯弹性体的热行为 被引量:27

THERMAL BEHAVIOUR OF POLYETHER POLYURETHANE BASED ISOPHORONE DIISOCYANATE

摘要 采用熔融预聚二步法合成了以环氧乙烷 -四氢呋喃无规共聚醚为软段 ,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和 1,4 -丁二醇为硬段的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体 ,利用 DSC、DMA和 TG对聚合物的热行为进行了研究。结果表明 ,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯基聚醚聚氨酯弹性体具有典型的微相分离特征 ,随着硬段含量的增加 ,微相分离程度增加。 A series of novel segmented thermoplastic polyether polyurethane elastomers based on tetrahydrofuran ethylene oxide copolyether[P(E Co T)] as the soft segments and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) extended with 1,4 butanediol(BDO) as the hard segments were synthesized to study the thermal behavior. The experimental techniques utilized were DSC, DMA and TG. The results showed that the TPUs have typical microphase separation which increases with hard segment concentration increasing, while the transition temperature shows few changes.
